Once I got the pack fit, I really liked the low center of gravity. I'm an aggressive mountain biker, and the only other pack that didn't bounce all over the place was a low profile roadie pack. But it couldn't hold enough stuff for 5+ hour rides.

But, I've got a few gripes. First, include some internal organization. Internal mesh separators with elastic tops to hold stuff in place. It is nice to know exactly where the tools and supplies are when I reach into my pack. Right now I've got very little organization, just multiple plastic bags.
